Profusia AI — Refund Policy
Effective date: [DATE]
This policy says when you can get your money back for a paid Profusia AI plan, and how. It is part of the Profusia AI Terms of Service (Section 4.6). The Service is provided by Evadaroo & Company, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company trading as Profusia AI ("we", "us"). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so every refund is issued by Paddle.
1. 30-day money-back on your first payment
If Profusia is not right for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment for a paid plan and we will refund that first payment in full. You do not have to give a reason.
- It applies to monthly and annual plans alike. On a monthly plan the refund is your first month; on an annual plan it is your first annual payment.
- It applies once per customer — a second Workspace, a change of plan, or a return after cancelling does not start it again.
- A trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund; the 30 days start with your first payment, not with the trial.
2. How to ask
Write to billing@profusia.ai from the email address of the Workspace owner, naming the Workspace. We confirm the request, and Paddle, as Merchant of Record, issues the refund to the original payment method. How long it takes to reach you depends on your card issuer or bank. Paddle also answers buyer questions directly; the receipt Paddle emailed you says how to reach them.
3. After the first 30 days
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Cancel in the product at any time. Your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, monthly or annual.
- No pro-rata refunds. We do not refund part of a period — whether you cancel, move to a smaller plan, or stop using the Service part-way through it, and including the unused months of an annual term — except in the cases below.
- Where the Terms or the DPA promise a refund, it applies. Fees prepaid for the unused term come back in four cases: we end the Service for our own convenience (Terms, Section 11.2); an infringement claim leads us to end the Service (Terms, Section 13.1); a material change to the Terms is unacceptable to you and you end your subscription before it takes effect (Terms, Section 16.3); or you object to a new sub-processor, we cannot offer a reasonable alternative, and you end the affected part of the Service (Data Processing Addendum, Section 5.3).
- Your content is never held back. Ending or reducing a plan never deletes your content or breaks a link you handed out, and export stays available (Terms, Section 4.7).
4. When no refund is due
- Termination for an Acceptable Use breach. If we terminate a Workspace because it broke the Acceptable Use Policy, no refund is due, including under Section 1.
- A second request. The money-back in Section 1 is used once.
A charge made in error — for example, a duplicate charge — is always corrected: tell us at billing@profusia.ai.
5. Your rights under law
Nothing here limits rights you have under the law of your country.
