Forgot your password — resetting it by email

On the sign-in page at your workspace's own address, choose "Forgot your password?", type the address you sign in with, and Profusia emails it a link to choose a new password. The link works once, for an hour, and only at the address you asked from. Asking again sends a new link and the older one stops working. The reply on the page is the same whatever address you type — "If that address signs in here with a password, we're sending it a link" — so nobody can use the page to find out who has an account. That also means the page cannot tell you why nothing arrived. If nothing comes within a few minutes, look in spam and check you typed the address you sign in with at this workspace. A link can be asked for three times a day for one address; past that, or if none arrives, ask an owner or admin of your workspace for a reset link from People. Choosing the new password signs out every browser that was signed in to your account, in every workspace, disconnects every assistant you connected (reconnect the ones you use), and signs in the one you are using — if this address is still one of your workspaces. Profusia then emails your address to say the password was changed. If you did not change it, reset it again straight away and write to support@profusia.ai. Don't forward the reset email: whoever opens its link can choose a new password. It works only for an account with a Profusia password. If you sign in through your organisation's provider, reset that password on the provider's own page. It also needs email: where this Profusia cannot send email, the sign-in page does not offer it, and a workspace owner or admin issues a reset link from People instead (if you are the only owner, write to support@profusia.ai and Profusia can issue one). The same is true of a workspace opened at profusia.ai/signup until it is on a paid plan: its sign-in page does not offer the email link, so a reset link comes from another owner or from support@profusia.ai. If such a workspace is all your account belongs to, the email saying your password was changed goes only to an address that sign-up confirmed — the person who opened the workspace — at most once a day, and it asks you to write to support@profusia.ai if it wasn't you. An owner's or admin's reset link works the same way and still exists everywhere.
