Profusia has some limits today that are worth knowing before you set it up.
Connect Claude. Claude is the assistant Profusia is built and run with, and the one to use (see "Connecting Claude to Profusia"). ChatGPT speaks the same open standard, but it has not yet been tested end to end with Profusia, so treat it as untested for now.
Your own assistant does the work. The AI built into Profusia that reads your documents (asking a document a question, discussing a project, the ask in Find, drafting a project from a brief) is not switched on for customer workspaces. Everything else works without it: the assistant you connect publishes, files, tracks and shares, and you read and work in the browser.
About 1,000 documents is a comfortable size for a workspace. The Docs page loads every document at once and slows noticeably at around 2,000. If you expect to go past 1,000, tell us first at support@profusia.ai.
The legal documents are drafts until they are put in force. The Terms, the Privacy Policy, the DPA, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Refund Policy under /legal are awaiting a lawyer's review, and each page says so at the top. The privacy page at /privacy describes what is actually stored today.
Profusia is tested in Chromium browsers (Chrome and Edge), including at phone width. Safari and Firefox have not been checked yet, so if something looks wrong there, please tell us. What works and what does not yet for keyboard and screen-reader users is on the accessibility page at /accessibility.
